If you forget your kpi password, visit the login page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address or username associated with your kpi account. Payments and transactions
Our kpi platform does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or Indonesian banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), the amount you transfer is the amount credited to your kpi account. When you request a withdrawal, we at kpi process the full amount you request; any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are deducted by them, not by us.
